The Los Angeles County coroner's office has determined the official causes of death forPaul Walker and Roger Rodas.

After conducting autopsies on both men, the office confirmed on Wednesday, Dec. 4, that Rodas died of multiple traumatic injuries. Walker died of the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries.

The deaths were ruled to be accidental. Toxicology results are pending and may take several weeks.

After attending a Reach Out WorldWide charity event on Saturday, Nov. 30, Rodas and Walker went for a drive in a Porsche Carrera GT. Their vehicle struck a light pole, two trees and a speed limit sign. Telecommunication giant, Etisalat Nigeria, has reacted to Julius Agwu’s seven day ultimatum to the company that it should compensate him with the sum of N100 million or risk legal action over “alleged unlawful and unjustified blocking and/or swapping” of his Etisalat GSM phone number 08189555555.

Agwu demanded the compensation through his lawyer, Festus Keyamo, due to what he termed lost of business opportunities and the inconvenience experienced by him during the period.

Keyamo in a letter dated 26 November, 2013 to the company stated that “in the event that you fail, refuse or neglect to accede to our above stated demand within seven (7) days from the receipt of this letter, we shall be compelled to set in motion against you, all legal machineries necessary to obtain legal remedy for our client.”

The letter further stated that the company’s actions of unlawfully blocking and/or swapping of Agwu’s line occasioned loss of business opportunities for him.

Violent protests as Ukraine delays signing trade deal

Violent clashes erupted in the Ukrainian capital Kiev as more than 100,000 people protested against a government decision to delay an association deal with the EU.

Riot police and angry demonstrators fought each other in front of government buildings as one group tried to break into the Cabinet of Ministers offices.

The protest was the biggest Ukraine has seen since the 2004 Orange Revolution.

Pro-EU supporters want Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovich to sign the trade pact with the European Union as agreed, during a summit in Lithuania on Friday.

His decision to pullout due to pressure from Moscow has been roundly condemned by Ukraine's top opposition figures.

Protesters have set up a tent city in the capital vowing to stay there until they get their way.

A police officer has been accused of handcuffing and raping a woman.
According to reports, the Texas officer, Jackie Len Neal is being charged felony sexual assault
The 40-year-old officer allegedly began tailing the 19-year-old woman around 2 a.m. He persisted until she pulled over, then allegedly handcuffed her and assaulted her inside the patrol car. It was revealed that Neal told the woman that he was following her because her car was reported stolen, but officers have not confirmed the claim.
